William Penzer, Ph.D.

Dr. Penzer is the Director of The Humanistic Center. He has over 40 years of experience helping people as a psychologist, therapist and life coach. He has overcome anxiety, panic and agoraphobia himself. Bill was the founder of The Center for Counseling Services, which was one of the first private counseling centers in South Florida.
